Environments is a combination of pre-recordings by Mattie on a Tascam 24-Track Digital Portastudio and original recordings at Eastlake Studio in Shelburne Falls, Massachusetts. Sounds captured were re-engineered and co-produced by Mattie, Justin Fleuriel and Enoch Jensen at Eastlake. Worst Mistake, Environments and Silence Reigns Supreme were written during a six-month teaching adventure in southern Brazil.
