Matt has been writing and crafting songs for the past 30 years…flying under the radar, and keeping his music close to himself, his friends, family and a small, but loyal fan base. After taking ten guitar lessons from a Berkeley School of Music student who lived one floor above him in an apartment in Brighton, Massachusetts, Matt immediately began writing songs. This opened up a new world to him, as well as a new home where he could devote time to his creative energies and produce sounds and words he knew he could bring alive.
